Biology I is a laboratory science course that investigates the science of life. Students will better understand their role in preserving the natural environment and sustaining life on Earth as they study the relationship between the biotic and abiotic components in the environment and mechanisms that lead to population changes over time. Students will study the relationship of form and function from the cellular level to organisms and systems. Students will take an inquiry-based approach through hands-on learning, academic articles and research.
